Scheduling a Talk With the Clay County Manager

I'm planning on calling the county manager next week, and I want this thread to be a space for us to compile a list of questions for her. I'm going to post my questions here, and if anyone wants to add their own or make adjustments to mine, you can. The plan is to call her on Monday, go through the questions on this page with her, then post the call recording to a separate page on this wiki and use it as a source, with her permission of course. Update: I have decided that I am going to print the main page and fax it over to the county manager, then schedule a call with her as originally planned to discuss the various points made in the article.
