Added several rules to the page. Please note that these rules were borrowed, but not copy-pasted from, the Audiogames.net Forum. I read the rules of that website and wrote them from memory using my own words, and I adjusted them to fit the style of this wiki better.
Attempted to make the rules sound less harsh and more inviting, and revised section headers.

On location pages, please try to refrain from describing the geography, cultural history, or any other miscellaneous factors of a given location beyond the minimum amount necessary for people to understand where said locations are, and to provide necessary context regarding the accessibility of the location or lack thereof. If people wish to learn more about the geography of a given location, Wikipedia is a great resource. This rule will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

When writing about locations, please focus on accessibility. Avoid going into extensive detail about geography, culture, or history unless it directly relates to accessibility. For broader information, Wikipedia and other resources are available. Each case will be reviewed individually.
