Accessibility for blind people is a rather obscure topic, with information on various accessibility topics being scattered all over the internet. The goal of the accessibility Wiki is to aggregate this information in one central place. Think of this website as the Wikipedia for accessibility information.

There is a specialized transportation service called Clay County Transportation, (CCT). CCT charges $2.00 per trip, though blind people are able to request free rides. They have a first come, first serve system, as well as a demand-response system, which means trips must be scheduled in advance.
